Concrete Platform Repairs – MTA Metro Stations (Maryland)

Hawkeye Construction performed concrete platform surface repairs at multiple active MTA Metro stations, including Old Court, Rogers Avenue, and West Cold Spring stations. The scope included demolition of deteriorated concrete, deep spall repairs, concrete replacement, joint seal repairs, grinding, and restoration of platform surfaces in strict accordance with MTA specifications and engineer-directed limits of repair. All work was executed during tightly controlled weekend work windows and single-track operations while maintaining passenger safety, pedestrian access, and uninterrupted revenue service.
